Sales / Account Executive Wanted!
MarketingOC Studios is looking to pump up its client base – and we are looking for a sales pro to help add to our successful foundation. MarketingOC helps businesses increase sales by leveraging our video production, video marketing and interactive media services. In other words, we are not a one trick pony - you have a broad digital media tool set that you can offer to prospective clients to grow their business.
We are currently looking for an experienced, consultative sales professional who has the motivation and drive to bring in new business – and with this new business, you will be generously rewarded. At MarketingOC, we understand and appreciate the value of salespeople – you will be supported in your role.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience - preferably selling to marketing executives
- Prior ad agency, digital media or video production sales is plus
- Ready to smile and dial and present to prospects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to capture key information and participate in the writing of sales letters and proposals
- Existing Rolodex of contacts in the Southern California business community
- Motivated by a performance based, uncapped sales compensation plan
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Well-organized and can effectively manage a sales pipeline
- An independent, sales driven professional
- Committed to using a CRM to document all sales activities
- Has a background in marketing, advertising, Internet, social media sales
- Familiar and comfortable with social media and networking – on and offline
We offer a generous performance based sales compensation plan that includes a commission on sales with residual income for the length of your contract for hire term of service and/or employment.
This is primarily a home based position – that’s right, you can work from your own Orange County home office! That is why transparency via the CRM and daily updates is essential.
